I have been told on several occasions that work would always be there, but my life would not. However, there are those people who are possessed by an unearthly desire to create. It is becoming clearer by the day that I might be one of those people.

Within both art and software, traces of who I am can be found. The viewer need only know how to look for them. Reader-response theory might negate such a thought, but I am not a book. I am a person. Searching is up to you, but I will give you these pieces in plain text, regardless.

Life is in itself a purpose. To exist is to intrinsically have value, even if it is based solely on what is consumed. Fungi exist only to convert the decaying into something that can be used by other organisms. It may feel trite compared to delusions of grandeur, but it is still important. Without them, we would find ourselves subjected to significantly more disease. The smell alone would be enough for us to beg for those previously insignificant organisms to return.

Humans are capable of a higher level of thought and reasoning that too many do not use to its fullest. War, famine, and disease could all be eradicated, if we decided to come together. We are not presently doing that, so I work tirelessly to bring peace and joy wherever possible. If I can make your day better, my day has also been made better.

All of these pieces of me culminate into a passionate individual, who cares deeply for both humanity and the ecosystem. May you find peace in life.
